This is a fantastic role with a rapidly growing insurer. The business is going through a period of change, which includes bringing compliance 'in-house'. You will be in a high-profile position within the organisation, tasked with building a team of around 8 compliance specialists whilst also:
- Building a regulatory engagement programme
- Producing an assurance plan
- Providing compliance advice to the business
- Ensuring that conduct risk is managed, offering independent 2nd line review
- Maintaining and delivering a financial crime framework
- Coordinating regulatory engagement activity
- Board reporting
