Vacant Properties - Fitter / Maintenance £28,980 plus Overtime Hemel Hempstead
Our client started their journey by providing physical security to the vacant UK social housing market. Since then, the group has gone from strength to strength, and now protects over £3.5bn worth of assets in the vacant and void, commercial, retail, hospitality, infrastructure and construction sectors. We are currently seeking new specialists to join during our current growth to support the organisation. Anyone who would enjoy working as part of a team in a variety of different locations around St. Albans would suit this role perfectly!
What we are looking for:
- A full U.K Driving Licence is essential for this role
- Must be fine with both heights / heavy lifting
- Confident use of basic power tools is essential
What to expect from the role:
- The installation of custom-made High-Security Steel Doors / High-Security Steel Screens to Vacant Properties to deter theft/intrusion
- The fitting of Mobile Alarms systems to Vacant Properties
- Driving to and from a portfolio of Vacant Properties on a daily basis with your team
- Ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard
