As Head of the Global Continence Division, you will lead the global relaunch, expansion, and strategic positioning of our artificial urinary sphincter (AUS) portfolio — including ContiClassic® and ContiReflex® — in a market long overdue for innovation. What You’ll Own:
- Full P&L and strategic leadership of the global Continence Division
- Global go-to-market strategy, relaunch, and competitive displacement initiatives
- Development and execution of regional sales, marketing, and pricing strategies
- Oversight of KOL engagement, surgeon training programmes, and clinical education (with support)
- Commercial leadership across regions: North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC
- Global distributor and sales team coordination, channel strategy, and territory build-outs
- Driving product roadmap alignment with innovation, clinical feedback, and unmet needs
Who You Are:
- A commercial leader with 7–15+ years in urology, continence, or surgical device leadership
- Hands-on experience in artificial urinary sphincters, male slings, or related technologies
- Familiar with competitive selling
- Proven record of growing market share or launching/disrupting urology portfolios
- Comfortable owning cross-border business and aligning stakeholders across time zones
- Bold, analytical, credible in front of top-tier surgeons, and relentlessly execution-driven
