We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join a supportive HR team at a well-established business in Hatfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong admin background who’s passionate about people, wellbeing, and creating a great employee experience.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll take ownership of key administrative tasks that support the smooth running of the HR function – freeing up the manager to focus on strategy and advisory work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing HR administration across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, leavers)
- Maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating performance reviews, training, and appraisals
- Supporting wellbeing and employee engagement programmes
- Assisting with internal communications and HR reporting
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are kept up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative role (HR experience ideal but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
