I have partnered exclusively with a well renowned consultancy based in Central London to make a hire for a Senior Surveyor in their Commercial Property Management team. This business has an excellent reputation in the market, having grown incredibly well over the 20+ years that they have been running. Having recently won a new high-profile instruction, my client are looking to expand their team. Since working with this business for the last 5+ years, every hire we have made is still with the business, reflecting the high staff retention they maintain. Although they are a medium sized business, they punch above their weight in terms of the assets they manage, working with large Prop Co’s and renowned funds. The portfolio is mixed however your role will be focused on Central London office assets. My client is looking to pay up to £65,000, with the opportunity to work from home twice pe week.
