This 12-month contract role offers the opportunity to manage a premium portfolio of Grade A office and retail assets in Central London. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of property management, including rent collection, service charge oversight, and client reporting.
This is a high-profile, hands-on position with a business recognised for setting industry standards.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in commercial property management
- Skilled in rent collection and service charge management
- Ideally MRICS qualified (not essential)
- Confident, proactive, and highly client-focused
