Our client has immediate vacancies for 2 x Crane Technicians to be based in the North East ideally in Middlesbrough, Darlington, Ferryhill, Durham, Sunderland, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Blyth or close surrounding areas. The successful Crane Technicians will be based from home and will travel to customer sites to carry out the installation, service, maintenance, repairs and inspections of a range of cranes and lifting equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with an electrical or mechanical bias looking for development and progression in a growing business. My client will provide full training on the company’s range of products. Crane Technician Responsibilities: * Travel to customer sites to conduct the installation, service, maintenance and repair to a variety of cranes and associated equipment including overhead cranes, Goliath cranes, jib cranes etc. * Perform equipment examinations to LEEA and LOLER standards. * Conduct fault diagnostics and solve any breakdowns replacing parts. * Complete relevant paperwork and service documents. * Ensure that you adhere to all health & safety requirements laid out at customer sites and the company safety procedures.
