TSA Surveying have been appointed by a leading Fire Engineering consultancy to find great industry talent as a part of their 2025 growth plan. Our client is looking to expand their Manchester, London, and Bristol offices after some major contract wins and the integration of their newly developed graduate program. They are currently working on some exciting new projects, including stadiums, hospitals, and exclusive living residential blocks, completing a full suite of fire works, including design, expert witness, and fire risk management.
With a much larger annual target, our client is looking to appoint senior level individuals to lead on projects, alongside mentorship for Junior Engineers. These projects require individuals that can competently complete Fire Strategies, FRAEWs, and EWS1 surveys on large scale projects across the UK. Fortunately, our client understands that travel isn’t for everyone, and work/life balance is key, resulting in their engineers staying regional for site visits and allowing a flexible hybrid working scheme. This allows you to WFH where necessary and for project meetings, have you in at your closest regional office.
Our client believes in offering the best quality service to their clients and to do this, they have to offer the best engineers. A new, exciting venture is their Chartership academy, where you will be fully supported through your chartership application by the Directors of the company. All of which are on the board of the IFE. You will be interview prepped, all CPD looked over, and application diligently reviewed, giving you the best chance to obtain chartership early in your career.
Alongside full career support, you will receive 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, a 10% pension contribution, equity share at all levels with up to £3600 tax free, and paid for professional memberships.
