We are looking for an exceptional and highly motivated individual to oversee the UK’s premier entertainment and sporting events on behalf of one of our key clients. This role will encompass iconic events such as the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025, The Open & AIG Women’s Open Championship, F1, Goodwood Festival of Speed, Brit Awards, UCL, and more.
In addition, this position includes an exciting new opportunity to lead a groundbreaking activation in Women’s Sport — a first of its kind. Key responsibilities include managing the successful execution of brand and customer marketing initiatives in the lead-up to and during these events.

You will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day lead on all local market sponsorship initiatives, including project and performance management across core team for Agency’s key local client
- Day-to-day lead on the delivery of bespoke Women’s Sport programme for one of the agency’s longest standing global clients
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for operational execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve key initiatives.
- Lead high-level project and performance management across multiple teams, ensuring the timely delivery of multiple initiatives while delivering against performance targets
- Collaboration across multiple departments and with the client’s marketing and business units across three continents to develop and deliver promotional campaigns and events
- Development of integrated marketing campaigns and B2B, B2B2C, and B2C activations/promotions (ticketing promotion, creative, digital/social media, sales/merchant, cross-promotions with other sponsors, etc.)
- Management of third-party suppliers
- Line management of 2-3 junior team members
- Creative utilization and delivery of sponsorship assets such as tickets
- Preparation of strategy, operational briefing, and reporting documentation
- Working with in-house studio and production teams to bring to life creative concepts and activation ideas
- Ensuring client budgets are well managed, tracked, reconciled, and invoiced on time
- Reporting – pre, during and post events

You will also need to have:
- Experience or knowledge of working with sponsorship properties (campaigns and/or traditional event management)
- Previous work on campaigns or events in sport or financial services would be advantageous but not a prerequisite
- Solid agency experience working in a similar role
- Major event experience would be a bonus
- High level PowerPoint Skills, Excel and Outlook and a confidence to present internally and externally.
- Outstanding organization, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays and non-traditional hours, as required
