BPSS clearance will be required at basic level. Prior clearance will not be transferable.
Role:
- Support to the Technical team responsible for managing the leak within MSSS Original Building.
- Lead packages of work. Expect the candidate to work autonomously with limited support and direction (once up to speed).
- Candidate will perform work themselves. There is potential for support to be provided ad-hoc but no additional resources can be made available to support full time.
- Scoping and specification of technical work.
- Leadership of specific work packages (could be internally or externally delivered).
- NFR/report production and presentation.
- Checking and review of other team member’s work.
- Planning of future scope (e.g. transition from technical to design/projects).
- Regulatory engagement on allocated work packages.
Profile Background:
- Chartered in their discipline
- Engineering Discipline
- Experience in the Nuclear Industry, preferable with Sellafield MSSS and Silos.
