Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a large local authority in London who are looking to hire a housing litigation lawyer for an interim 3 month rolling contract to cover a permanent recruitment drive.

The role would require candidates to conduct irregular advocacy (non-contested hearings) in person 2-3 times per month.

The Role:

  1. Covers a broad caseload of housing matters autonomously (possessions, ASBs, injunctions).
  2. Requires a start date in January.
  3. Candidates must have strong public sector experience.
  4. Conducting advocacy in court (candidates must have prior experience with non-contested hearings).
  5. Have two employment references available upon request.
