Executive Search – Board NED – Senior Associate

They are looking for a Senior Associate who will focus on placing Board members into Financial Services organisations. As a Senior Associate, this hire will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

• Mapping
• Headhunting (including searching the Member database)
• Attending briefs with clients
• Writing a briefing document
• Long listing
• Screening
• Shortlisting
• Document presentation
• Feedback
• Handling offers
• Referencing

The level of responsibility for each mandate will differ depending on the level of the role and which Sales person has won the job, similar to a typical Partner/Consultant and Associate relationship.

This hire will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Executive Search. It is essential that they have had experience placing Board level individuals like Chairs and NEDs. They must have strong intellect and be highly motivated and ambitious.
