pawaTech is looking for a Content Manager with an inherent passion for teamwork and a collaborative spirit. You will guide and oversee the content strategy and operations for our mobile-focused online sportsbook and casino. You will lead a team of writers and an SEO resource, leveraging AI technologies to create impactful, localised content that drives engagement across multiple markets.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading daily content operations, ensuring alignment with business goals;
- Managing and mentoring a high-performing team of content writers and an SEO resource;
- Utilising AI-powered tools to improve content creation, localisation, and distribution;
- Developing and executing multi-channel content strategies across product, social media, and advertising;
- Integrating SEO best practices into all content initiatives;
- Monitoring and analysing performance, using insights to optimise results;
- Collaborating with stakeholders across local marketing and commercial teams, Product, UX, Marketing, Operations and Compliance.
What makes you a great candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior content role, ideally within iGaming or sports betting sectors;
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., GPT-based platforms, translation/localisation tools, content analytics software);
- Exceptional writing, editing, and strategic communication skills, able to articulate detailed briefs and actionable content strategies;
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to leverage data-driven insights and analytics;
- The leadership capabilities, managing diverse, remote teams effectively;
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities;
- Experience in creating SEO-focused content, understanding keyword research, content optimisation, and working in close collaboration with SEO and Growth teams;
- Deep familiarity with the iGaming industry and passion for sports.
