Up to £32,000 + bonus Location: London An award-winning luxury brand is looking for a positive and experienced Trade Sales Consultant with a passion for homewares & interiors to join their sales team. As a key team member of this prestigious brand, you will use your first-class communication and people skills to deliver the best possible service to their trade customers. Working with a range of clients including interior designers and architects, you will provide product suggestions and recommendations and assist them with custom & made-to-order inquiries to maximize sales and opportunities. You will have a genuine desire to develop a career within an iconic interiors business. Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining strong and genuine relationships with potential and existing clients Thoroughly understanding clients’ needs and upwardly servicing wherever possible Issuing quotes and tracking their progress accurately Processing sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurately Ensuring all bespoke orders are processed with attention to detail Collaborating with the studio’s design team to interpret and project manage custom inquiries and commissions Working closely with our roster of makers and workshops to track production Monitoring the progress of live orders throughout the production process Collaborating with the procurement and delivery team to communicate and action any special requirements Participating in client outreach to communicate new launches Working collaboratively to reach monthly and quarterly targets Managing ongoing care of the sales database and ensuring record accuracy Manning the shop floor Skills Required: Trade sales experience working for a high-end, service-focused brand Experience within the furniture industry or working directly with interior designers is a plus Some experience working in a showroom would be ideal Articulate and a strong communicator, happy to engage in conversations Excellent command of written and spoken English, both face-to-face and via phone and email Numerate and accurate, with an aptitude for IT and systems; CRM experience is an advantage A team player with a positive outlook who works using initiative A bright, warm, proactive individual, happy to help out and adaptable #J-18808-Ljbffr
