The CoCo Group is proud to be partnering with a highly respected creative production agency to find a Client Services Director ready to lead, build, and elevate a newly formed division that will be central to their continued growth.

The Role
- You’ll establish and lead a brand-new client services function, becoming the cornerstone of client relationships.
- You’ll work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders, overseeing high-value projects from pitch to delivery while growing and diversifying existing and new client accounts.
- You’ll also:
- Develop and lead client relationship and retention strategies
- Drive business development, cross-sell and upsell across an impressive portfolio
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Oversee proposals and pitch creation, leading negotiations and contract agreements
- Onboard and manage client accounts, ensuring premium delivery at every stage
- Mentor and embed a client-first culture across the business
About You
You’re an experienced leader from the experiential, events or creative industries — with a passion for storytelling, a sharp commercial eye, and the ability to command a room. You know how to build and scale high-performing teams, create world-class pitches, and foster long-lasting client partnerships.
You bring:
- Senior-level client services experience in the creative, experiential or events sector
- Proven success in business development and account growth
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and organisational skills
- Familiarity with production-led environments (highly desirable)
