Role Description

We are looking for a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about innovative technology. You will play a key role in executing our marketing strategy, taking responsibility for developing and implementing strategies to generate high-quality leads, raise brand awareness and drive business growth. Your primary objective will be to identify and engage potential customers, nurture leads, and convert them into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, including webinars, events, email campaigns, account-based marketing, ads, content generation and social strategy.
  • Continuously optimise lead generation processes and tactics based on performance analysis.
  • Utilise third-party data sources to generate data and segment data to support the lead generation into specific verticals and target audiences.
  • Work with agency partners to manage and execute the marketing strategy across multiple channels, including email, video, digital, social media and content marketing.
  • Create and optimise automated email workflows, personalised messaging, and targeted content to nurture leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for all marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, including lead generation performance, trends and opportunities.

Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven 5+ years’ experience in lead generation, in a B2B environment and ideally within SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tactics, tools and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Experience with B2B content writing, content optimisation and SEO.
  • Video production and editing experience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of paid performance marketing tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and the Google suite including GA4.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
