Our organisation is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and assume a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations across our international network.
About Us: We’re a privately owned consultancy based in Whitstable, Kent. We’re all about the data centre industry and specialise in commissioning management and validation services for project developers and operators. Our goal is to make sure that every data centre building we work on is fully operational and meets all the design requirements when it’s handed over. We are a growing company and we currently operate in multiple countries across Europe and have active offices in Germany, Poland, Italy and we recently expanded into South Africa.
About the Role: As our Finance Manager, you'll collaborate with teams across the business to ensure financial processes are robust, accurate, and efficient. This includes everything from expense management to profitability reporting and bank transaction processing. You will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager, providing critical support and ensuring compliance, accuracy, and transparency across all finance functions. You will also play a leading role in the onboarding and training of new employees and have a significant hand in ensuring the integrity of data within Oracle NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own staff expense processes and compliance
- Process and post bank transactions efficiently
- Drive accuracy in accounts payable/receivable and profitability reports
- Lead new starter induction sessions on finance processes
- Manage financial data integrity in Oracle NetSuite
- Support payroll and external audit processes
- Generate aged AP/AR analysis for cash flow reporting
What You Bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar finance role
- Strong ERP skills - Oracle NetSuite would be a big plus
- Excellent Excel capabilities
- A detail-driven approach and proactive mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- AAT Level 4 minimum (or working toward a professional qualification preferred)
