Join a dynamic Property Services Team and play a pivotal role in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and fit for habitation. �? Building Surveyor (HHSRS Qualified) ?? Location: London. Hybrid (Primarily site-based, with 1 day/week from home) ? Type : Full-time, Permanent What You’ll Do: Conduct HHSRS assessments, condition surveys, and energy efficiency evaluations (EPC). Diagnose building fabric defects and recommend maintenance solutions. Collaborate with teams on complex repairs and major works.
