We are seeking a functional Salesforce Enablement Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Technology & Innovation team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the business owner for Salesforce within BDM. You’ll engage deeply with stakeholders across the BDM community—capturing, documenting, and prioritising business requirements.
Partnering closely with the technology team, you’ll shape and guide the Salesforce roadmap to ensure it delivers on business needs and supports the firm’s strategic objectives. You’ll serve as the critical link between business and technology—ensuring that platform development is firmly aligned with commercial goals, user needs, and long-term vision.
Translating complex business requirements into actionable insights for the tech team, with a particular focus on leveraging Salesforce to drive business outcomes. Collaborating with a dedicated Salesforce Product Owner to ensure effective and agile delivery of platform enhancements.
Serving as a key contact for stakeholders globally—including Shared Service Centres, BD Managers, and Partners—ensuring clarity, adoption, and measurable improvements in user experience.
Deep functional expertise in Salesforce, ideally within professional services or B2B enterprise environments. Experience in stakeholder management at all levels—including direct interaction with senior leadership and fee earners. A confident communicator who can sit with Partners, understand their challenges, and clearly articulate how Salesforce can enhance their experience.
