Executive Assistant – LondonWe are looking for a highly capable and switched on EA who can hit the ground running in this exciting and dynamic permanent position, based in central London. Supporting a very busy team of 3, you will be the lynch-pin and be very happy to commit to working on-site and thrive in a fast paced office environment. This is an opportunity for an EA who wants to take on more responsibility and enjoys adding value and utilising their initiative to really become an integral part of the team. The job is extremely fast paced with the usual travel, diary and expenses with the opportunity to really spread your wings and assist with events and research and all manner of extraneous projects. You will provide the full gamut of administrative and secretarial support to the team and be a natural problem solver who can multi-task and really understand the nature and goals of the stakeholders being supported. Duties include calendar management, expense processing and complex travel arranging, plus supporting during events and functions and we are looking for a candidate who has an excellent work history and is confident supporting a very busy group of professionals in a fast paced environment. The role affords a massive chance to get involved an you must be confident liaising at all levels and have superb communication skills and be a wonderful all-rounder who always goes above and beyond for your team and the wider business.
