We are pleased to be working with our client seeking an Administrator based in Northampton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established Solicitor located across Leicester, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more. Responsibilities of the Administrator * Assist fee earners with due diligence enquiries. * Perform client and new matters opening processes. * Conduct anti-money laundering checks. * Review documentation to ensure compliance. * Maintain accurate records. Requirements for a successful Administrator * Previous Administration experience is essential. * AML and/or conflict compliance knowledge would be advantageous. * Good understanding of the onboarding process. * Well organised with excellent time management. * Strong IT skills. * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. * Strong attention to detail.
