Job Description We are working with a multinational manufacturing company synonymous with high performance building products recruiting for an Area Technical Sales Manager to cover the West Midlands and East Midlands. The patch is Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, West Midlands, Warwickshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and achieving progressive sales targets, and for promoting the products, technical services, and professional image of the brand. You will be an integral member of a close knit team, within a company that is committed to developing employees and offering great career prospects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing and increasing the territory customer base to successfully achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Providing the highest standard of technical advice to a diverse range of clients including blue chips, nationals and SME’s. Ensuring leads, quotes, and all sample requests are followed up. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are delivered. Proactively working with customers to deliver solutions that improve their business operations.
