Assistant Planner OR Town Planner (MRTPI) – Join a High-Performing Team in Central London

We’re working with a commercially focused property consultancy looking to add an Assistant or Town Planner to their growing team. You’ll gain exposure to high-profile clients across sectors including data centres, leisure, industrial and retail.

Whether you\’re progressing through your RTPI-APC or ready for your next challenge, this is a great opportunity. Having placed several planners in this team over the past 18 months, we can genuinely vouch for its supportive and rewarding environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing planning appraisals
  • Supporting senior consultants on major schemes
  • Managing smaller projects independently
  • Attending client meetings and site visits
  • Liaising with internal and external consultants
  • Building relationships through networking and events

Who we’re looking for:

Candidates with a minimum 12 months of planning experience (public or private sector). Also, ambition, commercial awareness and strong communication skills are key.
