What You'll Be Doing
We are seeking to grow our Customer Transformation consulting practice by hiring a dynamic Marketing Technology Senior Consultant. The individual we are looking for must have a sound understanding of Marketing & Advertising Technology with a proven ability to shape, sell and deliver innovative marketing strategy programmes of work. You should have some of the following experience:
- Previous experience in an agency or consultancy environment
- Deep and broad MarTech and AdTech knowledge
- Understanding how to turn a set of business objectives into capabilities and mapping those capabilities to technical solutions
- Hands-on experience of implementing/optimising full stack marketing technology from providers such as Google, Adobe and Salesforce across a number of their product suite
- Hands-on advisory/transformation experience relevant to MadTech in at least one of the broader ecosystem:
- Customer Data Platforms and marketing orchestration platforms such as Tealium, Aprimo, Twilio or ActionIQ
- Engagement & campaign management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Braze, Klaviyo, Eloqua
- Ad serving platforms such as Xandr, Amazon, DV360 or SSP such Google, Criteo
- Content and product management systems web content management such as Bynder, Aprimo, Salsify, Contentful & Drupal
An Overview of the Role
This role is an exciting blend of management consulting skills, mixed with Marketing Technology, Strategy and Operations. You will define modern Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology (MadTech) ecosystems for clients, delivering impactful solutions that improve ROI and enable their marketing strategies, whether focused on productivity, optimization, or engagement. You will help organizations unlock the potential of AI by defining pilots, scaling approaches, and embedding AI into their marketing practices. You will bring expertise in modern technology approaches, such as composable architecture, API-first design, and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless). You will advise tier-one organizations at the cutting edge of the industry, delivering and embedding MadTech capabilities alongside supporting processes, operating models, and governance frameworks. You will analyse and optimize clientsâ MadTech stacks, identifying inefficiencies and designing solutions to enhance marketing operations and maximize ROI. You will provide objective insights into the strengths and weaknesses of products, tools, and approaches within the MadTech space. You will ensure you and your team remain informed of best practices, emerging technology trends, and innovations in digital media, data integration, data platforms, marketing automation, digital asset management, content management, and social media. You will have industry experience in one of more of Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Utilities, Telco, Public Sector, Financial Services.
