Role: Senior / Principal / Associate Town Planner

Location: South Manchester

Salary: DOE (flexible and competitive)

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and lead diverse planning projects, including site promotions, applications, and appeals
• Draft and review planning documents, including Planning Statements and technical reports
• Carry out site visits and coordinate input from multi-disciplinary teams
• Monitor project budgets and handle associated invoicing
• Engage with Planning Officers, statutory consultees, and specialist consultants
• Provide clear, practical planning advice to clients and support colleagues through mentoring
• Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities
• Actively represent the company at professional, networking, and industry events

You will have:

• Minimum of 3 years experience
• RTPI membership
• Understanding of UK planning regulations
• A degree or higher in Town Planning or a related field.
• Full driving license
