Do you love planning events and have a passion for travel? This established events agency are looking for an experienced Event Manager to join their close-knit team and deliver a whole host of events, in countries including Brazil, San Diego, Paris and London!

They use professionalism, inspiration and imagination to create unique experiences for their clients and attendees. Working primarily with international companies and financial organisations, their aim is to deliver world class engagement and networking through live and digital events. They guide their clients through their entire event journey, from an idea written on paper, to a live event, they manage it all!

The Role

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Event Manager to join their team. In this role, you will bring events to life by managing conferences, team building events, roadshows, award ceremonies from brief through to completion.

Duties will include:

  • Planning and delivering events from start to finish
  • Interrogating client briefs and coming up with creative solutions
  • Managing & liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establishing and managing complex budgets, often in multiple currencies
  • Researching and selecting venues
  • Travelling internationally onsite to deliver the event

The Candidate

The successful applicant for this role will have experience running their own events end to end, ideally from an event agency but they will consider other backgrounds (i.e. an association, charity, conference organiser). You will ideally have experience controlling budgets in multiple currencies.

In return, you will be given intensive induction training as well as further development opportunities. Flexible working is on offer, both in terms of home working and hours. You will be joining a fantastic company who deliver truly exceptional events on a global scale!
