The predicted salary is between 42000 - 70000 £ per year.
Due to the development and continued growth of the Top Tier law firm’s Personal Injury department, they are seeking to appoint a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to run a case load of RTA Complex & Catastrophic Personal Injury cases. This is a really great opportunity to be working with Lawyers recommended in the Legal 500 for their expertise, you will be working on a variety of high quality work with the support of other lawyers and paralegals.
The ideal candidate will have experience of Catastrophic Loss claims involving brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation and fatal claims valued to c.£10Million. There will be the opportunity to be involved in training and developing other staff members and clients, MI, conferences, and developing the team.

The Candidate
- Personal Injury catastrophic loss experience is essential
- Experience of indemnity, liability and quantum preferred
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
- Understanding of case law and litigation practice as well as Court Practice Rules
