Shopping Centre Manager – Surrey

This is your chance to take charge of a busy town-centre scheme at the heart of local life. With regeneration plans underway, strong tenant relationships, and projects set to drive footfall, you’ll be at the centre of real change and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading day-to-day management of the centre, supported by an experienced administrator
• Building strong relationships with tenants, clients, and local stakeholders
• Overseeing service charge budgets, reporting and compliance
• Managing contracted FM services, including maintenance, security and cleaning teams
• Ensuring statutory compliance, risk management, and sustainability standards are met across the centre
• Driving footfall, turnover, and overall commercial performance through tenant mix strategy and marketing initiatives
• Acting as the face of the centre, ensuring excellent customer service and strong local engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in shopping centre management or a similar property/operations role looking to step up
• Strong communicator with confidence presenting to clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
• Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and driving performance
• Collaborative style with the ability to build lasting relationships across all levels
• Flexible and proactive, able to respond quickly and manage multiple priorities
• Confident in contractor management, compliance, and delivering high service standards
• IOSH Managing Safely preferred
