Senior Associate – Fashion, Luxury, Lifestyle and Sporting Goods executive search
My client is a specialist executive search firm and they intend on hiring a Senior Associate to focus on appointments at VP/Head of/Director & C-suite level across Sales & Marketing, E-commerce, Digital and Product functions within the Fashion, Luxury, Lifestyle and Sporting Goods industries.
This hire will have previous experience in executive search, with a passion within the abovementioned industries, if not having worked in these spaces previously. Working across the EMEA region, a lot of the work is delivered into central Europe, so prior experience using Italian, French and German languages would be beneficial.
This hire will support a high-performing, and well-respected Partner and industry specialist that has many years of experience building highly successful recruitment and search businesses. As this team sits within a larger international business with multiple global offices, the incoming will also have the comfort of joining a recognised global brand with a genuine track record in this space with credible peers to leverage experience and develop relationships with.
This hire will be involved in running candidate lifecycles and projects, producing high-level written content and collateral for internal and external stakeholders, pitching and will be full market facing, with clients and candidates.
The role is based in central London and may require occasional travel to client locations across EMEA. The company operates on a hybrid model; a mixture of working remotely/from home and in the office.
