Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant based in/near Huddersfield and seeking a move to Senior Consultant? Join this leading and well-known Independent Recruitment Agency who can provide great leadership, first-class support and all the budgets and systems you need to enjoy your role and earn well.
You will balance the full 360 process to convert and gain a profitable desk – no two days are the same. Concentrating on the local area, your role is to map, identify, convert and service business across Industrial recruitment solutions, providing compliant and reliable temporary workers into each shift, working together as a team to provide a first-class service to all and share the responsibilities.
Some flexibility to start early/finish early or start later and finish later needs to be given – as a team it's on a fair rota – as is the on-call service.
