Now, we are looking for a Digital Content Strategist to bring fresh ideas, digital expertise, and audience-first thinking to our celebrated Farmers Weekly portfolio. Enjoy the best of both worlds with our hybrid model, three days a week in our Sutton (Greater London) office, fostering connection and creativity. The salary is up to £40,000 (DOE) plus company benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Experimentation: Lead a programme of content experiments designed to grow engagement among key demographics. Collaborate with editorial, product and data teams to test formats, topics, and delivery methods (e.g., web, app, email, social). Use experiment outcomes to shape our ongoing online content strategy.
- Audience-Led Content Curation/Creation: Define content needs and curate daily/weekly experiences for priority personas (e.g., contractors, agronomists). Collaborate with content teams to shape collections, features, and regular digest-style outputs. Work closely with editors to select, package and promote content in ways that maximise relevance and stickiness. Support social media and web production functions by sourcing/producing feed content and carrying out quality control checks as required.
- Quality Assurance & Workflow Design: Design and maintain a streamlined QA process to ensure high standards across all online content. Work with the editor to set clear content guidelines and performance expectations for editorial teams. Reduce individual bottlenecks by embedding quality into scalable processes.
