Employee Relations Specialist -£20.65 PAYE £27.65 Umbrella – Coventry – 1 year Maternity This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team who support the business with Employee relations issues and cases focused on discipline, absence and performance management. The role will be responsible for managing case load of various complex ER matters, provide support for colleagues during difficult periods, effective support for disciplinary actions, employee grievances, performance improvement and absence, support the managers to chair absence reviews, build relationships and influence managers and key stakeholders and make recommendations on appropriate case outcomes. Candidates will have attention to detail, effective organizational and coaching skills, ability to engage and support managers, ability to work effective under pressure with autonomy in a fast paced environment, good IT skills.
