Emerging Talent Acquisition Professional

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies for early career programs, including apprenticeships and industrial placements
  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from attraction and marketing to final selection and onboarding
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, external vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Delivering exceptional candidate experiences while supporting our diversity and inclusion objectives
  • Project managing graduate hiring rounds and assessment centres
  • Leveraging the Applicant Tracking System to ensure recruitment process compliance and data quality
  • Educating hiring managers on best practices in recruitment, candidate care, and inclusive hiring
