This role is focused on patent litigation within the semiconductor industry, and the ideal candidate will have 1-3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage patent litigation cases, particularly in the tech sector
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on patent infringement, validity, and enforcement matters
- Represent clients in litigation proceedings before the Unified Patent Court (UPC)
- Collaborate with clients, technical experts, and internal teams to develop comprehensive litigation strategies
