Private Client Solicitor , 2-5 years’ PQE, London, £80,000+ (DOE) – National law firm is expanding its Private Client team – JOB REF:7978.
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE of dealing with a broad range of tax issues relating to private clients at a law firm, accountancy practice or at HMRC.
• You will be responsible for advising owners of family businesses regarding Inheritance Tax and succession planning, asset structuring for capital tax planning and wealth preservation and also advising trustees and beneficiaries on their income and capital tax liabilities and duties.
• Excellent commercial acumen, strong business development skills and a proven billing track-record are a prerequisite.
• A Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) or a Member Chartered Institute of Taxation would be advantageous.
