Are you an experienced events professional ready to lead high-impact campaigns for some of the UK’s most exciting brands? We are on the hunt for a confident, proactive and passionate Account Director to join a busy experiential and events creative agency. If you live and breathe experiential marketing, have a strong production and logistics background, and thrive in a fast-paced environment – we want to hear from you.
About the Role
You’ll lead the delivery of standout experiential campaigns across a varied client base, with a focus on live events, product sampling, brand activations and roadshows. From scoping venues and managing budgets to overseeing production and developing client relationships – you’ll be the driving force behind bringing ideas to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing key client accounts across FMCG and other sectors
- Leading logistics planning – from venue booking to live execution
- Liaising with production teams to ensure delivery to a high standard
- Running mass sampling campaigns and overseeing live builds
- Managing budgets, POs, invoicing and reconciliations
- Writing briefs, contact/event reports and client presentations
- Leading on-site during events and supporting nationwide campaigns
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to agency growth
- Identifying opportunities for repeat business and upselling services
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven background in experiential marketing/events, ideally with agency background
- Strong logistics, sampling, and production knowledge
- Experience managing live event builds and on-site execution
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Clear and confident communicator – written and verbal
- Skilled in budget handling and financial admin (POs, invoicing)
- Up-to-date with industry trends and client expectations
- Passionate about delivering premium B2C and B2B activations
- Highly organised with a self-starting attitude
- Comfortable with nationwide travel and overnight stays when required
