The role
This position is part of the GBUK Snacks/Takis Sales Team, which acts as a distributor for Barcel, the Salty Snacks division of Grupo Bimbo, and are fully responsible for the sales of these products in the Wholesale and Convenience channel. The business has significant ambition within a highly competitive category and is currently in a phase of fast-paced learning and growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Takis in the UK, this role will play a pivotal part in the Commercial structure and future business success. From an external perspective, a key focus will be supporting the implementation of strong commercial strategies to ensure the proposition is positioned for future growth. This will involve leading customer discussions at a senior level, demonstrating the confidence and ability to manage high-level interactions effectively.

We are looking for a candidate that can demonstrate high levels of tenacity, goal-oriented and is highly skilled in external/internal stakeholder management. You will be experienced in the Wholesale & Convenience channel, ideally with cross-customer experience and worked with brands that have been in high growth.
