At Career Teachers we have multiple opportunities within Secondary Schools based around Sheffield and South Yorkshire with immediate start dates available.

We are currently looking for Secondary supply Teachers with QTS or PGCE qualifications across multiple subjects to work on either a full-time and long term basis or part-time, day to day basis.

As a supply teacher, your main role is to help and support both Key stage 3 & 4 pupils across a range of subjects. Whether you have multiple years\’ worth of teaching experience or you are an ECT who has recently graduated from a relevant study course, we want to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will hold the following qualifications and skills:

  • QTS or PGCE qualification.
  • Has recent, relevant experience as a teacher (Any subject) within the key stage 3 & 4 levels.
  • Flexible, committed, motivational and passionate about teaching.
  • A current DBS or is willing to complete a new one.
  • Able to easily commute to Sheffield or within the South Yorkshire area.

Salary & working hours

Daily rates of pay vary dependent on experience between 120 to 180.

This is a flexible role with both full-time and part-time positions available – meaning, you have full control of when you are looking to work and how many hours you want to complete.

All quoted rates are inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay.
