Barrington James is partnered with a leading biopharmaceutical company to recruit a Junior PK/PD Modeler to join their expanding Clinical Pharmacology and Modeling team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career scientist with a passion for pharmacometrics to grow in a supportive, data-driven environment. You will work alongside experienced pharmacometricians to support drug development through PK/PD modeling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and applying PK/PD models to support clinical development
  • Perform non-compartmental and basic model-based pharmacokinetic analyses
  • Work with tools such as NONMEM, R, or Phoenix (training available)
  • Contribute to regulatory and internal reports and presentations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across clinical development

Requirements:

  • MSc or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacometrics)
  • Understanding of PK/PD principles and basic modeling concepts
  • Exposure to relevant software is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
