The Vacancy We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our business to engage within the full administration process and provide ongoing support for the team in a number of areas. The Company This administrator role is with one of the UK’s leading main contractors. They are a diverse organisation with activities in most sectors of the built environment. This role is within their Warrington division that undertakes a wide range of schemes in the private and public sectors including retail, commercial and government fit out projects. Projects will vary in value from £150k – £10m. Key Accountabilities will include: * Deal with a range of queries that come through to the team. * Amend and improve tracker whilst taking ownership of its management and progression. * Compose and send regular correspondence including progress meeting reports on a weekly basis. * Coordinate meetings when required and greet guests and visitors. * Create and maintain information on systems and databases and manage efficient filing systems. * General administrative duties including filing, faxing and photocopying. * Close work with site managers in providing information when and however specified. * Quality control of sensitive information We are looking for an Administrator who is a confident communicator, computer literate with experience in Excel and trackers, and has worked in the construction and/or maintenance industry
