We are looking for an experienced Analytics Architect to lead the design and governance of scalable, high-performance data architectures. This role requires strong expertise in developing and managing conceptual, logical, and physical data models, while ensuring the architecture meets current and future business needs. The successful candidate will define standards, monitor performance and scalability, and work closely with business and data teams to implement a unified data strategy.
The Analytics Architect will oversee the Data Warehouse, serving as the central source for corporate data and analytics. They will also support data-driven initiatives across the organization, ensuring data quality, compliance, and secure access controls are in place, enabling informed decision-making.
- Expertise in various data architectures (Warehouse, Lakehouse, Data Mesh) and physical data modeling approaches like Kimball, with experience leading data architecture strategy and implementation.
- 3+ years of experience managing and evolving data models, working with commercial data warehouses, ETL tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Redshift, Looker, Tableau).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences and lead multi-department analytics projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline, proficiency with Git, and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, agile environment.
