Senior Account Manager – Cyber Security Salary: £50,000-£65,000 OTE £100,000 £130,000 (uncapped) Location: Hybrid – HQ based in Leeds Want an exciting new prospect with a cyber services provider? Cybersecurity your expertise? Cyber services as well? This is an amazing opportunity to join an established MSSP, GRC, Pen-testing and managed SOC provider. We are searching for an experienced Cyber account manager looking to make a step into a reputable organisation. With a concrete direction for the company in place, this will sit in an overlay capacity with a strong emphasis on new business. You will be working with the other account managers/directors and marketing function as well as the internal sales team to strategically grow build and nurture accounts looking to increase wallet share. There is a well-established technical arm to the business meaning you will have brilliant pre-sales, bid management and integration support for new deals. You will provide and expand a range of solutions to meet their constantly evolving business requirements. You will be operating at mid-market and enterprise level within the private sector in a heavily solution driven environment. You will be seen as the subject matter expert for Cyber Security & Cyber Security services. Responsibilities Covering full-stack solutions alongside effective existing account mapping to maximise opportunities Execution of an agreed target list and help with account development strategy Proposal and tender preparation (RFP, PQQ) Regular on-site client meetings with key stakeholders Growing profitability vs agreed margin targets Pipeline Management-Accurate quarterly and annual forecasting Liaising with internal technical, marketing and operational teams to ensure accurate delivery. Experience needed? Experience within IT managed services is essential, including Cloud Services or enterprise managed service solutions. Using your resources is essential to successfully fulfil the client’s needs, in this client facing driven role. Background from a managed security service provider (MSSP) is essential as you will have exposure to selling across a breadth of solutions and services. Other backgrounds will not be considered at this moment in time
