Shero Talent Consultancy is on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to lead and oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects across Central and Southwest London. This is a full-time, site-based role ideal for a motivated professional looking for long-term progression and job security.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise on-site electrical teams on commercial and industrial installations
- Ensure all work is delivered to high safety and compliance standards
- Oversee conduit installation, 1st and 2nd fix, and general power/lighting systems
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and electricians to maintain workflow and quality
- Conduct site inductions, tool box talks, and ensure H&S standards are met
- Report on progress, issues, and improvements to senior management
