We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our call centre team in Durham on a long term, temporary ongoing basis. Full training will be provided for the role; however, a customer service background or call centre experience is extremely beneficial to excel in this role. Starting hourly rate of £11.44 which increases to £12.30 after 12 weeks worked, with Immediate start dates available! The successful candidate will need to be fully flexible to work shift patterns Monday – Sunday between the hours of 8am & 8pm with various shift patterns to choose from, including a 4-day working week. You will be helping customers access their savings account or amending personal information, all while working on numerous internal systems and providing outstanding customer care.
