We are currently looking for keen Application Security Senior Manager , who would join our Application Security team in UK. Our team helps our clients to protect their business by helping them to secure their cloud modernization and securing the transformation of their digital core. These include wide range of tasks from assessment of client maturity, securing and security design and architecture, design of operating model and process design, engineering of new capabilities, management & maintenance of automated security testing and remediation at scale. Discovered vulnerabilities along with our advice helps our clients to harden their environment against attacks and increases business resilience.
As an Application Security Senior Manager you will
- Drive application security business in the UK including accountability for reaching a defined target and will drive proactive origination of new business.
- Applicants are expected to be thought leaders in the application security space.
- Drive client proposals, participate in clint presentation and workshops.
- Manage teams, projects and relationship with clients on daily basis
- Oversee all existing projects, including clint relationships and feedback and finances.
- Drive business development and sales activities.
- Support R&D activities as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Support and participate in the internal professional community.
- Perform quality assurance of services provided to the client.
- Provide advisory to different internal groups (Technology, Cloud First, Digital Core Transformation, etc.).
- Support and contribute to training programs for the practice and the team.
- Define secure software development life cycle for large projects and teams.
- Define applications security architecture elements.
- Definition of KPI and KRI related to securing the digital core and cloud modernization.
- Work with senior management on defining roadmaps, client needs and provide short and mid-term forecasting.
We are looking for experience in the following skills
- Master’s degree in computer science or information security.
- At least 7 years of experience in the Application Security or Application Development.
- Certifications such as CSSLP, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CISM, etc. are preferred.
- Certifications from AppSec vendors are beneficial.
- Experience in driving cyber security business and capability.
- Knowledge of Security principles, techniques and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Willing to travel and attend meetings/workshops on client premises and work from client premises within the country or abroad.
- Leadership and coordination skills for teams and projects, role will manage customer expectations & deadlines and will participate on business activities
- Coaching and people development skills.
- Experience in leading people and projects with multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
Set yourself apart
- Good understanding of the components of a secure software development life cycle.
- Passion for Security, Agile, and DevSecOps.
- Experience in management and definition of security in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and primarily DevOps development methodologies.
- Understanding or cloud technologies and related topics such as containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, …)
- Experience with OWASP Testing Guide v3 / 4 and OWASP TOP 10.
- Has experience in defining Security policies and procedures for compliance in Production systems.
