Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the internal compliance tracker, escalating issues where necessary to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely distribution of contracts and related documentation.
- Liaise with team members to maintain up-to-date knowledge of billings and upcoming projects.
- Oversee and drive key internal programmes such as aftercare, offer management, and fee tracking.
- Provide analysis and reporting on key metrics including performance trends, averages, and ratios.
