Maintenance Lead Engineer

ARK M&E formally launched in 2013 and since then has repeatedly grown its turnover year on year building an impressive portfolio of projects in excess of £100m.\\n\\nAs part of a well-established team the successful applicant will have a fantastic opportunity to develop their M&E skills and gain experience working on some of London’s larger, more iconic schemes which will enhance their career prospects.\\n\\nRole & Responsibilities:\\n\\n• Management of subcontractor visits and closing out remedial actions\\n• Management of PPM planner tasks being completed in a timely manner\\n• Client progress reporting and meetings\\n• Ability to complete all general maintenance tasks\\n• Problem solving for plant and equipment failure and re-instating services when there are issues\\n• Good tenant/client interaction skills a must\\n\\nDesirable:\\n\\n• Candidate have a CSCS Card\\n• Experienced in similar maintenance roles\\n\\nBased primarily on Consort Place but flexibility to work with the team on other projects where candidates maintenance and building services experience is useful.
