We are hugely excited to be recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to work for a distributor in Kingswinford. Our client is a respected distributor based in Kingswinford, West Midlands. We are looking for a tenacious, driven, and confident individual with previous B2B sales experience to join our expanding team. This opportunity demands a talented and driven Sales Advisor with strong sales experience. You will be office-based, working Monday-Thursday, 8.30am – 5pm and Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm with an hour lunch break (30 mins on Friday). The main duties will include : Working on a large number of house accounts, Ensuring all business is maintained and cultivated Prospecting new customers Working within a set geographical area. Cold calling and lead generation via internet research/social media/press and other applicable channels. The ideal candidate will have the following skills : Proven track record of selling into existing and new accounts. Able to cross-sell and upsell. Able to work well on their own and as part of an area sales team alongside area Rep. Good time management and a good understanding of profit/loss & turnover/margin. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Good standard of general I.T. & Office skills. Good attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Enthusiastic and sociable In return we will provide , competitive salary, dependent on experience, generous quarterly uncapped commission, company Healthcare & Pension Scheme
