Technical Operators in Nuneaton

Siamo is recruiting on behalf of our client for Technical Operators at their Nuneaton production facility.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UKs fastest-growing better-for-you snack manufacturers. You\’ll play a key role in operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring top-quality products and smooth, safe production.
You will be aligned to our PM shift pattern 2 pm until 10 pm Monday – Friday

What Youll Do:

• Operate and maintain production machinery (e.g. seasoning, frying, and packing lines)
• Monitor product quality and resolve technical issues
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and training teams
• Follow strict health and safety protocols
• Use Redzone to support production tracking

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in technical/operational roles (ideally food manufacturing)
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade 4+/equivalent)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Computer-literate and flexible with shift work
