The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Fixed Term until 31 March 2026 due to additional support required during peak operational period and the implementation of a team project. The fixed term period will also allow for longer term role and resourcing requirements.
Location: This post is based at Link’s Edinburgh office. However, hybrid working is available with this role.
Hour of Work: 35 per week (Monday to Friday). Alternative working patterns and/or working arrangements will be considered.

Reporting to the Senior HR Assistant, the HR Administrative Assistant will provide a comprehensive range of professional, effective and efficient HR administrative services and support to the Human Resources team as required. The postholder will be responsible for processing all reference requests including liaising with current and ex-employees and third parties, in line with Link’s GDPR and Reference Policy guidelines. Another key responsibility of the role will be to audit the absence management recording process, running fortnightly and monthly reports and issuing appropriate correspondence to employees regarding pay.
About You
As HR Administrative Assistant, you will have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, together with experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role. As the role is very varied and works to tight deadlines, the successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, as well as being able to work flexibly to provide a proactive and responsive service. The postholder will have experience of Microsoft Office system, Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet (knowledge, understanding and application of software packages with the ability to access systems and use them effectively within the office environment).
