Housing Project Worker in Worcester

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with an independent charity whoare recruiting for a Housing Project Worker.

The organisation are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to assess clients housing needs and assist them to secure, retain accommodation to include our deposit guarantee scheme and SmartLets managed accommodation.

You\’ll also take an active role in the smooth running of our social lettings scheme.Applicants should have previous experience of working with homeless/potentially homeless clients and a good understanding of housing law.
